ROTATIONS
A cycle anchored to your date.
Choose an anchor date and timezone, set each cycle day to work, off, or still unknown, then assign shift types to work days. The pattern repeats from its anchor, not automatically from Monday or the first of a month.
Shifts can end after midnight; their shift type carries the end-day offset. Jobs keep teams and templates organized. Before applying, the app previews the date range and possible overlaps.

STARTING PATTERNS
Recognizable patterns, with their assumptions.
Presets are starting points. Set crew offsets, local rules, and actual shift times to match your workplace.
4 on / 4 off
Four work days, then four off. The pattern does not set shift length or team staggering.
DuPont
One crew: 4 nights, 3 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 7 off. Teams are commonly offset by seven days.
Pitman 2-2-3
One crew on a fixed shift: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Phase and day/night assignment vary.
Panama 2-2-3
A 14-day 2-2-3 day sequence followed by the same work/off sequence on nights. Team staggering varies.
Continental example
A forward 8-hour example: 2 day, 2 evening, 2 night, then 2 off. Other cycles also use this name.
PREVIEW AND COLLISIONS
Review before adding shifts.
Date range and conflicts
The rotation preview is limited to two years. Existing shift overlaps are counted, and you can skip colliding entries when applying the pattern.
Your existing plan
Shift types and jobs remain separate templates. Unknown days are not treated as days off. Changing a template does not automatically rewrite your applied roster. Deleted and personally edited occurrences stay preserved when reapplying the same assignment. It does not check local working-time rules.
