Privacy belongs in the design

Your schedule is personal.

123Shift separates your own devices from partner access. You choose what to share and can end a connection. Starting without email does not mean calendar data is non-personal.

This product privacy overview is not a final legal privacy notice. A complete notice with the operating entity, processors, retention, and rights contact is required before launch.

Your own calendar

Shifts, appointments, notes and earnings rules belong to your account. Your own calendar data is stored on your device for offline use. Until sync is enabled, there is no automatic cloud copy of that local calendar.

What you share

Schedule sharing and availability-only sharing expose different information. The availability view provides busy intervals without private event reasons. Private notes, locations and earnings do not belong in the standard partner view.

Devices and partners are separate

An approved device of your own can access your account. A partner connection receives only the granted information. The entered partner account ID is not shown as profile information after connecting.

What revocation can do

Partner schedules are not kept as permanent offline copies. Online access is checked again. Revocation cannot delete information already viewed, screenshots or copies made elsewhere.

Taking data with you or deleting it

You can export your own calendar data. The current cloud-account deletion flow requires the recovery password and confirmation. Any local export remains a separate file you control.
